Valley Plumbing, Heating and Water Treatment is a locally owned and operated, fully licensed and insured plumbing company specializing in water treatment. Since 1987, we have been providing both Residential and Commercial Plumbing - (New Installs & Renovations), Heating, Water Treatment, Water Softeners, Pumps & Pressure Systems Services to customers throughout Eastern Ontario ( From Ottawa to Kingston, Westport to Pembroke and Beyond). - We take pride in our work ethic and customer focused service, and it's evident by the number of referred customers we see each week.

Unlike many franchise businesses, Valley Plumbing, Heating and Water Treatment operates independently, without sales commissions, without restrictions on product usage, and without subcontracting installations. We maintain a separate installation, maintenance and sales crew to provide full coverage to our customers. We have water experts with decades of knowledge and experience, as well as certified, licensed installers who live right in the neighborhood.

"Our well pump quit working on one of the coldest days of the winter and the day before a major winter storm was to hit our area. After doing what trouble shooting I could, I called Valley at about 10 am. They were busy and anticipating not having enough staff the next day due to the storm. At 3:30, I received word that a crew was on their way to my house. Matt and Harrison were fantastic. They had already put in a full day and should have been on their way home for a hot meal and shower. Instead of that, they worked outside in frigid temperatures to get our new pump and hardware installed and left at 6:30, after ensuring that we were 100% satisfied. I received an invoice the next day, and was amazed to see how reasonable it was. I told the crew that I did not need an estimate, just needed water running, so expected an emergency surcharge. The bill was more than fair - time billed is exact, and material is exactly what we agreed on and fairly priced. I can't say enough about how blown away I am by this experience.
