Company Description

We are Francis and Kathie Groenewegen. We have been dairy farmers all of our lives. Twelve years ago we decided to transition to organic agriculture for a healthier, more meaningful way of life. Our two children Patrick and Olivia will be working with us to process pasteurized, organic dairy products in our new creamery on our Sydenham Road farm. Our farm is certified organic. We don’t use pesticides or herbicides. Our milk contains no antibiotics, hormones or GMO’s. It’s so fresh it will have traveled less than 1 food mile.

Opening January 2012, is Limestone Organic Creamery. We will complete our line of dairy products from Organic Meadow, a farmer owned co-op where we have been members for 9 years along with 4 other local farmers.
Many other local and organic whole foods will be available in our farm store and through our home delivery service.
