Company Description

The Canadian Association of Medical Device Reprocessing (CAMDR) has been established as a new organization comprising members interested to elevate the quality and standards of reprocessing nationwide. It is born of the identified need to serve and support its membership and shared learnings with other healthcare professionals and industries with whom we interact.


As part of its mandate, CAMDR seeks to address numerous issues including patient safety, infection prevention & control, technology assessments, vendor relations, organizational management, and education. Our vision is that with the involvement of technicians, nurses, managers, and other stakeholders, we will enhance the knowledge exchange and ultimately improve patient care. The founding members are passionate about furthering the aims and goals of the profession.
