About Us
Owned and operated by Jim O’Leary - a tradesman well known for quality automotive body and refinishing in the Quinte area for over 40 years, and the owner of TOP SPOT for the past 12 years. We are also thrilled to have Bill Beckett running our upholstery shop. Bill’s integrity and upholstery skills are legendary far and wide, and we are fortunate to have him continue working at 99 Parks Drive in Belleville.

We will continue on at Top Star with the quality workmanship and fair prices that was the norm from the previous owner, David Gaffney. David has retired now, and we wish him and his wife Stacey all the best!
