Ever since immigrating to Canada in 1991, Conny Udri has pursued a holistic path to natural healing for herself and her family. As a Certified Reflexologist and a Reiki Master, she founded European Health Connection to offer a natural way to relax and relieve stress
and a powerful approach to promote good health and well-being. Conny has additional training in homeopathy, herbal remedies and ear candling.

Each treatment takes approximately one hour and promotes deep relaxation, stress and pain relief, detoxification, energy revitalization and body balance. The overall goal is to enhance the body’s ability to heal.
