Located in Prince Edward County, Jubilee Forest Farm promises to be no ordinary farm - Hallelujah!

We are a family owned, pasture-based, beyond organic, local market farm, and informational outreach. We believe the Creator's design is still the best pattern for the biological world!

Disregarding conventional wisdom we are using a combination of deep organic, agroforestry, and permaculture principles to create and sustain the farm.

-Our ducks and chickens have spent their entire lives (except the first few weeks) out on green grass scratching, pecking, eating vegetation and bugs, as Joel Salatin would say "expressing their chickenness". You can't beat a farm fresh egg! The yolks are bright orange, they taste better and are much healthier than anything you will find in the grocery store.

Fall 2017- Salad Bar Beef
-The cows will eat forage only and will be moved to a new pasture paddock every day. This model not only heals the land, it also thickens the forage, reduces weeds, stimulates earthworms, reduces pathogens, and increases the nutritional qualities of the meat.
