This business needs to be looked into! My children had their eyes examined I felt extremely p ressured on making a purchase there once the prescription went from the doctor To the gentleman running the front area of the store selling the frames. I spent over a $1000! less then 20hrs after my purchase. I changed my mind and asked politely and requested a refund to two of the gentleman working there (Son and father)Explain to them my situation, they both had told me they would refund me no problem and to contact the business the following day. I dealt with George the next day. Who was the son of the old man who's english is so poor told me he would refund me my money for My frames but not the lenses when I had asked about store policyI They got very angry with me, I've been hung up on by them. My number has been blocked by them. I've had the bank the police and now starting a court processing. My children chose frames at Walmart optical 6 days ago. Walmart optical has faxed requests in regards to them Sending the prescriptions, ignoring all calls and faxes. I spoke to the doctor myself over the phone yesterday. Got my message through, but never received my prescriptions. He told me he had to discuss it. And run it pass somebody first before releasing it. Then told me he would call me back. Never heard from him ever again.. these people are crooks stealing money from people. Not the first and last time i've heard the story!! STAY AWAY EVERYONE DONOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
