There is a spirit of control plaguing this incredibly unhealthy church community. Do not be deceived by the smoke, lights and concert like atmosphere! Confidentiality is non existent, people get excommunicated and gossiped about by the pastor, his wife and most of the leadership team. I'm speaking from years of personal experience. I was deceived. I was a spiritually abused by pastor Roy who continues to gossip about me even after I served him with a cease and desist letter asking him to stop immediately. I provided evidence to the elders. I also provided evidence of Roy breaching the confidentiality of 6 other members. Not one of the elders responded. There is no accountability or oversight in this non denominational church. "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's. clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves" Matthew 7:15. I hesitated for a long time over weather to speak out publically but Ephesians 5:11 says "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them." And Matthew 18:15-17 says “Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that ‘by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.’ And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector." I will admit the worship team is incredibly talented and their performance is spectacular. But without the fullness of the gospel and the true love of Christ, it's just an illusion, a lukewarm church?
