We selected this company to install an inground pool in the summer of 2021. We dealt with owners and trusted them as we knew them personally. They promised it would be completed in the fall of 2021 or early spring 2022. They took a large deposit “to order the pool kit” and never started the project. Terrible customer service. We chased them non stop asking for updates on project start. They used every excuse possible (covid, supply chain, their kids’ schedules, personal reasons, staff shortage…). They did not order the pool kit with our deposit although they had told us they had in 2021. They parked and shuffled machines around to give the impression they would start. A pool kit does not take over one year to be delivered. We were lied to and have demanded the return of our deposit and they are refusing to refund us. Owner also contacted us yelling and demanding we remove online reviews of our experience with them. I should have researched the company in depth as there are lots of red flags(online reviews, filed and active lawsuits against them, etc…)before proceeding with this company. Do not believe the lies and get fooled like we were.
