Company Description

After suffering from the burnout of too many years in the hospitality industry, I decided in 2010 that I needed a breath of fresh air. Actually lots of fresh air. I decided to move out of the restaurants of Alberta, and back home to Athens where I grew up.
Getting out in the sunshine (sometimes rain, or snow) is what I wanted to do. And being back in familiar territory is where I wanted to be.
While many budding entrepreneurs have aspirations of building a big enterprise, I would prefer offer a more personal service.
