BBS is unique in that it offers completely Private Personal Training Rooms, an infrared sauna, and Sergio's renowned programming. Our training sessions are by appointment only, and each session is in your own private training room, just you and your trainer. The training sessions are very time effective, as there is no waiting for equipment, and no interruptions. Sergio designs each and every training program, and your trainer is there to effectively guide you through your workout, make sure that you are executing the exercises correctly, and keep you motivated!
